Sépilates, a private Pilates studio, ready to book online
A private Reformer and Mat Pilates studio in Rustington, West Sussex. We moved it off Squarespace onto a fast, hand-coded site where every session books online.
The site, live today.
A calm studio deserves a calm website: one clear path from “what is Reformer Pilates?” to a booked session.

The job, at a glance.
Problem, build, result.
What she needed
A Squarespace site that needed rebuilding for phones, a booking system that needed fixing, health forms on paper, and a website, terms and booking system that had to agree on cancellations, Class Packs and Memberships.
The build
A hand-coded site with Momence booking on every price, the policies written once and used everywhere, the basic SEO, redirects from every old Squarespace address, her domain connected and a Google Business Profile.
Ready to book
Live on her own domain since 19 October 2026. Every session, Class Pack and Membership books online, and new clients complete their health questionnaire and waiver at checkout, before they arrive.
What we did.
Website, rebuilt from Squarespace
A hand-coded site for phones first: home, Pilates, Sessions and Prices, About Sepideh, FAQ, Book and Contact, plus Terms and Privacy.
Online booking with Momence
Every single session, Class Pack and Membership books online, straight from the page that describes it.
Policies that match
Cancellation, Class Pack and Membership rules say the same thing on the website, in the terms and in the booking system.
Health questionnaire and waiver
Her paper forms turned into questions every client answers at checkout, with a health declaration and consent in the waiver, matching her privacy policy.
Basic SEO
Page titles, descriptions, headings, image descriptions, business details and FAQ markup for Google, a sitemap and Search Console.
Old links kept working
Old Squarespace addresses redirect to the new pages, so existing links and search results do not break.
Google Business Profile
Set up, so the studio can appear on Google Maps and local search.
Domain and security
Her own domain connected, secured with DNSSEC, with the www address redirecting to one main address.
Handover
A plain-English guide, and six months of small changes after the final invoice is settled.
Hand-coded, written down, yours.
Every site we build follows the same rules, so you always know what you are getting and who owns it.
Hand-coded, no template
Written by hand for this business. No theme, no page builder, no pile of plugins slowing it down.
Fast, and better for search
Less code means faster pages, and speed is one of the things Google looks at. It also keeps visitors from leaving.
SEO and AEO, written down
What we do for Google and for AI assistants is agreed in writing before we start, then reported in plain English.
You own it
Once the final invoice is paid, the domain, the code, the words and the pictures are yours.

Questions, answered.
What did YektaD do for Sépilates?
We moved the studio off Squarespace onto a fast, hand-coded website, set up online booking with Momence, turned her health questionnaire and waiver into part of checkout, made the website, terms and booking system say the same thing, did the basic SEO, connected the domain and set up the Google Business Profile.
Where is Sépilates?
Rustington, West Sussex. It is a private Reformer and Mat Pilates studio run by Sepideh, offering one-to-one, Duet and pre and postnatal sessions.
Did the website include ongoing SEO?
No. The website came with the basic SEO: page titles, descriptions, headings, image descriptions, business details for Google, a sitemap and Search Console. Ongoing SEO and Google profile optimisation are a separate monthly plan.
