Website redesign for small businesses that keeps what already works

A redesign that looks better but ranks worse is an expensive mistake. We rebuild your site so it looks right, loads fast and is easier for Google and AI to read, while keeping what already brings people in.

The short answer:

We rebuild your existing website from scratch in code, with a clearer message, a faster site and proper SEO foundations. Up to five pages is £1,200 and up to fifteen pages is £1,800, with basic SEO included. Larger sites are quoted. We look at what already ranks first, so the redesign does not lose it.

Prices are a starting point in GBP and depend on scope. You get one fixed price in writing after a free 20-minute call.

Signs it is time

It is slow

Pages take ages on a phone, and visitors leave before they read a word.

It looks dated

You hope nobody judges you on it when you send the link.

It brings in no enquiries

People visit, then nothing. There is no clear next step.

Nobody finds it

You are missing from Google and from AI answers for what you do.

How we redesign without losing what you have earned

01Look at what works

We check what the site already ranks for and which pages bring people in.

02Map old to new

Every page that matters is kept, or sent to its new home, so nothing you have earned is thrown away.

03Rebuild in code

Fast, clean, mobile-first pages with SEO and AI-readable structure built in.

04Launch and check

We launch on your domain and check that Google sees the new site properly.

Real examples

See the before and after for Martina London, a store rebuilt as a custom Shopify theme, and how we rebuilt Mainteniq around how its customers search.

Price and timing

Up to five pages is £1,200. Up to fifteen pages is £1,800. Both include basic SEO. More than fifteen pages, e-commerce, bookings or integrations are quoted. Delivery is usually two to five working days from the day all your content has arrived. The price is agreed in writing before we start, and we are not VAT registered, so nothing is added.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Will I lose my Google rankings?

Not if it is done carefully. We map your important pages to their new home before launch and check afterwards. Nobody can promise rankings, but a careful redesign should not throw away what you have earned.

How long does a redesign take?

Usually two to five working days from the day all your content has arrived. Bigger sites take longer.

Can I keep my domain and my content?

Yes. Your site goes live on your own domain, and we can reuse the words and images you already have, or write new ones.

Who owns the new site?

You do, once the final invoice is paid. The code sits in a private repository that you own.

Can I edit it myself afterwards?

Yes. We can add a simple editor for £500 on top of the website price. See our CMS service.

Will a website on its own bring in more sales?

On its own, rarely. A website is one part of the outcome you actually want, which is more enquiries, sales and revenue. It also needs tracking so you can see what works, a way for people to find it, and follow-up so enquiries are not lost. We scope the whole outcome, not just the pages.

Can I run ads to my new website?

Yes, but only once tracking is in. Never send ad traffic to a site with no Meta pixel and no tags, because you cannot see who came, what they did or who to show it to next, so the money is wasted. Our guide to pixels before ads explains why, and our website and SEO pack includes the tracking.
