A written plan and price
We look at your website, your positioning, and how you show up on Google, Google Maps and AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Then we put the plan and one fixed price in writing.
Designed from scratch, built by hand
Every website is designed for your business and hand-coded. No templates and no page builders. The same goes for apps and software: made around how you actually work. Website timings are counted from the day your words and pictures arrive.
Launch and set-up
We put your website live, set up Google Analytics and Search Console, submit your pages to Google and check they have landed. Your Google Business Profile is linked and ready.
Ongoing growth
Getting found builds month by month. On Found or Growth we read your numbers every month and make changes from them, keep your Google profile fresh, ask for and reply to reviews, check how AI tools describe you and fix what is missing, and report it all in your client portal.

How long does it take?
A website goes live 2 to 5 working days from the day we have all your words and pictures. Larger software and app builds take longer, and you get a clear timeline in writing before anything starts. With our SEO packages, most businesses see calls and clicks start to build from around month 3, with rankings building over months 4 to 6.
Do you use templates?
No. Every website we build is designed for your business from scratch and hand-coded. No templates and no page builders, so it loads fast, looks like you and Google can read every part of it.
What does it cost?
Every project gets one clear price in writing before anything starts. As a guide, websites start from £1,200, Kickstart is £650 to build it, Found is then £350 a month to keep it working, and custom apps start from £10,000. Prices are in GBP with no VAT added. See the SEO packages.
How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Klarna or bank transfer, through Stripe. Larger projects are split into stages, so payment follows delivered work.
Do I have to sign up for a long contract?
Websites, apps and software are one-off projects. Kickstart is a one-off £650 with nothing after it unless you choose to carry on. Found and Growth run for 12 months at the lower monthly price, or monthly with no long term at a higher one. Leaving a 12 month package early has a 2 month exit fee at the monthly price, set out in our terms. After 12 months, a package continues month to month with 30 days' written notice.

You do, once it is paid. When the final invoice clears, the domain, code, accounts and content are yours. A website we build as part of Kickstart, Found or Growth is yours whatever you decide next. We host it for you, hosting included, until any outstanding invoices are paid, then hand it over and move it to hosting that suits it.
Do we work from a written agreement?
Yes. Every project starts with a clear, plain-English agreement, signed electronically, with the scope and price agreed up front.
What do the SEO packages include?
Kickstart builds it: your website redesigned, your Google Business Profile fixed and 3 months of SEO, with a results review at month 3. £650 builds it, then £350 a month keeps it working, or you stop and keep the site. Found keeps it working and Growth pushes past the competition. Both include your numbers read every month, an AI visibility check with fixes, a fresh Google profile, review requests and replies, enquiry tracking and a short monthly report. Compare the packages.

Yes. We are based in London and work with founders and small teams worldwide. Everything is delivered online.
