The numbers behind one of them.
Mainteniq figures from Google Search Console, Google Analytics and its Google Business Profile. AI tools decide what they say. We set your business up to be understood and surfaced.
The same method, different trades.
Local service businesses
Trust and proximity decide the purchase. We make the site earn the trust and the Google profile win the map.
Brands that sell products
A premium front end, plus the systems behind it: a store, email, logistics and authentication.
Practices and professionals
A site in the client’s own language and voice, with the tools to run it: a patient system, a lead magnet or a private editor.

What clients say after the launch
Two of the people we have built for, in their own words. No edits beyond translation.
“Ask ChatGPT who does HVAC or planned maintenance in London and we are the first name it gives.”
I run a small property maintenance team in London, under ten of us, and for years I thought a website was a nice-to-have. We had a site, it looked fine, and it brought in nothing. All our work came from referrals, so when Yekta said the site itself was the problem, I was sceptical. Why spend money on something that had never made us a penny?
I am glad I listened. She did not just redesign it. She worked out what we actually sell and who buys it, built a page for every service and every borough we cover, and set us up so Google and ChatGPT both understand what we do. Within two months the difference was obvious. We went from a handful of Google impressions a day to well over a thousand, and people now find us for the searches that matter to us: HIU repair, FCU servicing, BMS, TM44 inspections. Ask ChatGPT who does HVAC or planned maintenance in London and we are the first name it gives.
The enquiries come in through the site now, from people we have never met. If you run a trade or maintenance business and think your website does not matter, it is probably just that nobody built it properly.
“The site started bringing in new clients without any spend on advertising.”
Working with Yekta was a truly positive experience. She turned my ideas into a site that is elegant, professional and, above all, effective.
The result went beyond what I expected. The site not only represents my work and the value of my services far better, it has also concretely raised how potential clients perceive that value.
What struck me most is that the site started bringing in new clients without any spend on advertising. For me that was real confirmation of the quality of the work and of the strategy behind the project. I also really appreciated the professionalism and the attention to detail. Thank you so much, Yekta.
Hand-coded, written down, yours.
Every site we build follows the same rules, so you always know what you are getting and who owns it.
Hand-coded, no template
Written by hand for this business. No theme, no page builder, no pile of plugins slowing it down.
Fast, and better for search
Less code means faster pages, and speed is one of the things Google looks at. It also keeps visitors from leaving.
SEO and AEO, written down
What we do for Google and for AI assistants is agreed in writing before we start, then reported in plain English.
You own it
Once the final invoice is paid, the domain, the code, the words and the pictures are yours.
Questions, answered.
What kind of businesses has YektaD worked with?
Local service businesses (an HVAC and maintenance firm, an accountancy firm, two Pilates studios, a pizzeria and an event venue), product brands (a furniture brand and a resort-wear label), a nutritionist and a journalist, in the UK, Italy, Austria and online.
Which of these clients do AI tools recommend?
Eight, checked in October and November 2026: Mainteniq is ChatGPT's first choice for managing agents in London and Perplexity's number one for managing agents (October 2026); Fouracre Accountancy is ChatGPT and Perplexity's first pick for a family-run accountant for small businesses and landlords in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire (November 2026); Ericka Barbosa is recommended by ChatGPT to Brazilians in Europe looking for a Portuguese-speaking nutritionist (October 2026); Matthew Burgos is ChatGPT's first recommendation (November 2026) and Perplexity's (October 2026), and in Gemini's top 3, for a Milan journalist covering design and architecture; Studio Solena is ChatGPT and Gemini's first pick for a boutique reformer Pilates studio in Ealing; Sépilates is Gemini and Perplexity's first pick for a private Reformer Pilates studio in Rustington; FLY Pizzeria is ChatGPT and Gemini's first pick for a charcoal pizzeria in central Milan with free delivery; and Kristall Saal is Gemini's second recommendation for a wedding venue with in-house catering in Vienna's 22nd district (November 2026).
Can YektaD get my business onto Google and ChatGPT?
Google and AI tools decide what they show. We set each business up to be understood and surfaced, agree the work in writing, and report results in plain English.
Who owns the website when it is finished?
The client. Once the final invoice is paid, the domain, the code, the words and the pictures are theirs.
