Websites, Google and AI visibility for small businesses, by industry

We build websites for small businesses and get them found on Google and named by AI tools such as ChatGPT, in fifteen fields we know well, from trades, solicitors and accountants to dentists, clinics, restaurants and product brands. Websites start at £1,200, and eight of our clients, in seven industries, are recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity (November 2026). Built around your business, not a template.

The usual problem in your field, and the fix.

Every industry loses customers in a slightly different place. Find yours below, see the problem we meet most, what we do about it, and the client we did it for. Each card opens a full page with the approach and the pricing.

Industry 01Trades

Trades & property services

The usual problemSomeone with half your experience shows up first for your trade in your area, and the site makes you look like a one-person handyman.
The fixA page for every service and every area you cover, with phone, WhatsApp and a quote form on a phone screen without scrolling.
ProofMainteniq: 39 calls straight from Google between April and September 2026.
Trades page →
Industry 02Maintenance & HVAC

Property maintenance & HVAC

The usual problemReactive call-outs and planned-maintenance contracts sit on one page, so neither ranks, and property managers asking ChatGPT hear a competitor.
The fixSeparate service and borough pages, a complete Google profile, and the answer-engine work that gets you named by AI.
ProofMainteniq is ChatGPT's first choice for landlords and managing agents in London (October 2026).
Maintenance page →
Industry 03Professional

Accountants

The usual problemThe site looks like every other firm’s, so nothing signals who you help best, and new clients come almost only by word of mouth.
The fixA credible site that names your specialism, local SEO for “accountant in your town”, and a call or quote form on every page.
ProofFouracre Accountancy is ChatGPT and Perplexity's first pick for a family-run accountant for small businesses and landlords in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire (November 2026).

ProofStudio Solena, Ealing: a booking-first site, local SEO and an optimised Google profile.

ProofEricka Barbosa is recommended by ChatGPT for Brazilians in Europe looking for a Portuguese-speaking nutritionist (October 2026).

ProofStudio Solena, a boutique reformer and mixed-equipment Pilates studio in Ealing.
Pilates page →

ProofFLY Pizzeria, Milan: profile recovered, site rebuilt in Italian and English.
Restaurants page →
Industry 08Venues

ProofKristall Saal, Vienna: two halls for 270 and 88 guests, site in German and English.

Industry 09Products

Product & e-commerce brands

The usual problemThe site looks like a template, so the brand feels cheaper than the product, and sales depend on marketplaces that take a cut and own the customer.

ProofMartina London (resort wear) and VandaVee (handcrafted furniture via 1stDibs).

Industry 10Legal

Solicitors & law firms

The usual problemEvery practice area sits on one long page, so the firm ranks for none of them, and clients searching “family solicitor near me” find a national firm first.

ProofSépilates and Studio Solena, two reformer studios we built for.

05 / Is this for you?An honest fit check

Good at the work. Under-marketed.

  • You are a small team. Roughly one to ten people, with the owner close to every decision.
  • Work arrives by referral. It is wonderful until a quiet quarter, and you cannot plan around it.
  • Customers decide on a phone. They search, tap, and choose within minutes.
  • You want an answer, not a pitch. The first call is free, 20 minutes, and we say honestly if we are not the fit.
  • You want to own it. Code, domain and content are yours once the final invoice clears.
  • You work in more than one language. We have built in English, Italian, German and Portuguese. Read how to get found on Google.
06 / QuestionsBefore you book a call

Questions about working with us, answered.

Do you only work with these fifteen industries?

No. These are the fields we know best, and most have a case study behind them. The same approach works for most small businesses that depend on being found locally or recommended. Book a free 20-minute call and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Do prices change by industry?

No. A website of up to eight pages is £1,200 and up to twenty pages is £1,800 in every field, with basic SEO included. Get found plans start at £350 a month: Local £350, Area £550 and Growth £750 a month on 12 months. A Google Business Profile on its own is £300 one-off.

Can you build a site in more than one language?

Yes. We have built sites in English, Italian, German and Portuguese, including FLY Pizzeria in Milan (Italian and English), Kristall Saal in Vienna (German and English) and Ericka Barbosa (Brazilian Portuguese).

What does being named by AI mean?

When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI for a business like yours, the answer names a few companies. GEO (generative engine optimisation) is the work that makes it easy for AI to name yours. Mainteniq, Fouracre Accountancy and Ericka Barbosa are each recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity in their field (October 2026). AI tools decide who they name; we do the work that earns it.
