Maintivo started as a way to fix one workflow: the engineers at Mainteniq finishing their paperwork at night. We mapped the job from the first form to the final invoice, then built each step so it runs from one phone, synced with the web app in the office. It is the same approach we use for any business through custom workflow automation.
Reports are filled in and signed on site, instead of typed up in the evening, and the customer has a branded PDF before the engineer leaves.
