A small, founder-led luxury furniture brand given the systems, logistics and a proprietary authentication tool to operate across three countries.
The challenge. VandaVee made beautiful pieces, but the business ran on ad-hoc social sales, no clear logistics, and a founder doing everything herself — no room to grow without burning out.
What we did. Led operations and growth: built an end-to-end supply chain (manufacturing in Italy with freight to the US in New York and France in Paris), professionalised the financial and legal framework (contracts, insurance recovery, automated invoicing), and built a proprietary NFC + Letter-of-Authentication system so every piece ships with a verifiable certificate of provenance. The client kept full autonomy over brand identity and social.
